Eduardo "Ed" Vazquez, PA-C

Eduardo "Ed" Vazquez, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who works directly with Dr. John R. "Jack" Steel. He completed his Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska in May 2005.  He worked at The John Hopkins Hospital from 1992 to 2003.  Mr. Vazquez has been a Physician Assistant in the Florida Army National Guard since 2003.  Additionally, he worked in the Radiology Department at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL before joining Dr. Steel in 2007.

Mark R. Winer, PA-C

Mark R. Winer, PA-C is Board Certified Physician Assistant and member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) who works with Dr. Jack Steel and Dr.. Randy Kahn. He is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences in California with a degree in Physician Assistant Studies and has a BSAA from UCLA. Mr. Winer has an extensive history in patient care as well as medical research at UCLA in infectious diseases, new drug research, and new treatment protocols.

Mark is now looking into studying at USF for a LMSW in caring for oncology patients. Additionally he served 10 years as a Naval Corpman attached with the 1st. Marine Division during his last tour.
